Nebula awards for https://www.bookogs.com/work/461951-born-with-the-dead
listed as 1975
On Nebula awards site: https://nebulas.sfwa.org/award-year/1974/
listed as 1974

Supernaut1970 doesn't provide any documentation. Not sure how to contact Supernaut1970 to ask him. Is it permissible to change year and link to Nebula site?

they've just cut and paste that from wikipedia, so i don't think it would be wrong to correct it.

It's ok to update any mistakes in the database, it's actually encouraged. :)

Just to note that there are two things in play here. The award is for works published in 1974, but the ceremony was held in 1975.

Locus does the same:

Maybe indicate both years somehow?

Yes, I understand that. As I see it, the organization that presents the awards considers it a 1974 award, so my feeling is that I should credit it as such.
Perhaps I can add to the Science Fiction Writer's of America profile something like:
"The SWFA hosts an annual banquet where it presents a Nebula award for Best Novel, Best Novella, Best Novelette, Best Short Story, and Best Script for the previous year creations. Awards are sometimes dated by the year of the banquet, but the SFWA dates the awards for stories written a year before the banquet."
Improvements to the above, are encouraged

Well spotted Dark Star, yes it look like you are correct here. Feel free to change it. I have no problems about any mistakes I have made being fixed. I do it to other submissions often. It's always best to leave a comment and if possible a source (like you have done here) along with you edit. Good work
