About the Author
Paul Huxtable AKA Dr Huxtable is a sound system builder, selector and founder of Axis, a Huddersfield-based sound system dedicatedÂ to playing vintage and classic reggae in a traditional style. A joiner by trade, Huxtable has lived and worked in the West Indies, spending much of his time studying Jamaican sound system culture while promoting and working with foundation reggae artists.
