A magazine about the rest of the world
Created by photographer Oliviero Toscani and art director Tibor Kalman in 1991 to show the world to the world. The message has remained the same: diversity is good.
Shopping for the Body
Colors n° 18 takes a humorous, provocative look at what people buy for the one thing we all have in common: a body. From the latest technological finds to everyday items, Colors investigates how people take care of their bodies (did you know that some Colombians clean their ears with an armadillo tail?), how to find your perfect partner (in Japan they sell condoms matched to blood type), or how to change your gender (with plastic wrap, for example).
